Very good experience at this animal clinic. My Labrador, Cooper, was in very bad condition when I brought him for treatment, but with the care, medication, and guidance from Dr. Brijesh Naik and Dr. Graffy Abreu, he is now recovering well. The doctors and staff are very supportive and professional. Highly recommended for pet care.

Ego Over Animal Welfare: Avoid this clinic if you expect empathy during a pet emergency. When we sought a second opinion to save our rescue dog, Chun Chun, this vet threw a massive attitude tantrum over the phone. He went as far as using cruel scare tactics on my father, aggressively asking what we would do if the dog died while he removed fluid from the lungs, and told us to "go tell the other doctor." Using a suffering animal's life to feed a professional ego is completely unacceptable. Blind Treatment & Heavy Bills: This clinic treated Chun Chun(our rescue) for "food poisoning" for two critical days (charging ₹1,000/day for IVs), entirely missing a life-threatening case of Leptospirosis. He then charged ₹2,500 for an abdominal ultrasound and IV because he was unsure what was wrong, only to suggest a separate chest scan later. A competent vet should have known what to look for on day one. We skipped the chest scan because of his high prices; we have 4 other dogs to care for and refuse to waste money on guesswork. Controlling but Ill-Equipped: He doesn’t have testing kits like CPL in his clinic and tells patients to get them done elsewhere. It is very common for vets to refer out for tests, but this guy has the audacity to demand "exclusive treatment rights" and gets deeply offended if you consult anyone else. Zero Staff: The clinic operates with zero helpers. He demanded my father bring an extra person just to hold the dog for procedures, forcing me to leave my work and

Used the same needle thrice. Did not diagnose my puppy properly and dismissed him. My dearest puppy passed away due to internal bleeding and wrong diagnosis.

Been coming here since past 7 months for both my indie cats - extremely caring , thorough and honest people and very very supportive all the time. They are truly the best I have experienced in goa in the past 3 years - thank you
