Very disappointing and upsetting grooming experience at Dogs World, Hiranandani Estate. I took my dog Brownie for grooming and was extremely disturbed by the way he was handled during the session. I personally witnessed him being handled in a very rough and inappropriate manner, and Brownie started crying/screaming. I have a video recording of the incident. What made the situation even more concerning was that after his bath, while he was still wet, the fan and AC were running at full speed and Brownie was visibly shivering. When I raised my concern, instead of calmly addressing it, the staff member argued with me. As pet parents, we leave our pets at grooming centres trusting that they will be treated with care, patience and compassion. If we cannot trust a pet grooming centre to handle our pets safely when they are in their care, then what is the point of leaving our pets there? This experience has seriously shaken my trust. I have already submitted a formal complaint to the management along with the video evidence and requested that the CCTV footage of the grooming session be preserved and reviewed. I am sharing this review so that other pet parents are aware of my experience and can make an informed decision before leaving their pets in someone else’s care. Dogs are not objects to be handled roughly—they are family members and deserve to be treated with kindness and respect.
If you love your pet. They love too I think more than us. As per parent I am in love with there service and way they handle out fur babies. Best in Thane. Better than some known brands around.
I recently visited Dogs World with my German Shepherd, and it was a very pleasant experience. The staff treated my dog with great care, patience, and respect, which I truly appreciate. I would like to especially thank Mishra ji for his excellent service. His calm nature and attention to detail showed true professionalism. He handled my German Shepherd very gently and with confidence, which made me feel at ease. The grooming was done with precision and cleanliness, and my dog looked very happy and comfortable afterward. It is rare to find such sincerity and dedication in service. I am grateful for the experience and will surely visit again. Highly recommended. Thank you, Dogs World.
Very Bad Experience I had a very disappointing experience with the bathing service for my two dogs. They also have another grooming centre in Hiranandani, which is much more hygienic and professional compared to the Manpada centre. The first time I visited the Hiranandani centre, they could only bathe one of my dogs due to a water issue. So, I decided to visit the Manpada centre today for my second dog. Unfortunately, the Manpada centre was extremely unhygienic, and the groomer assigned to my dog appeared very unprofessional and inexperienced. They did not even take basic precautions such as ensuring that water does not enter the dog's ears. They shampooed my dog only once and did not apply any conditioner. Ideally, the service should include two rounds of shampoo followed by conditioner. The overall service was far below what I expected. I am extremely disappointed and will never visit the Manpada centre again. I would strongly recommend improving the hygiene standards, staff training, and quality of grooming services at this centre.
Cash-Grab Transaction: Hidden Injuries, Robotic Indifference, and Deficient Brand Standards I trusted the premium reputation of Dogs World Thane, but walked out deeply frustrated by their robotic indifference, rushed execution, and outright dishonesty. They crammed a full grooming session into a pathetic 50 minutes. When questioned, the tall, frail groomer merely shrugged. The real horror surfaced once we got home. The groomer had lied to my face: he skipped shaving her behind, left her right front paw entirely untrimmed, and worst of all, hid a cut with clotted blood on the underside of her neck. I explicitly warned him beforehand that my 4-year-old Shih Tzu gets anxious with her front paws due to a past injury and currently has a sprained right leg. Instead of exhibiting professional skill, the uninterested body language spoke fr itself. When I stepped in to remind him of her leg, he dismissively snapped, "What am I supposed to do?" People like him lack the competence to handle anxious animals and are the exact reason pets become traumatized. Upstairs on the grooming floor, staff simply rush jobs and flip through their mobiles, entirely checked out. Do not attempt the predictable, easy cop-out of blaming my pet and claiming she was "too aggressive." True establishments understand that a frightened pet requires patience and care—not anger and force. Nutty’s Den in Colaba genuinely understands this charm, and Kross Paws is miles ahead in professionalism and basic customer ser
