Dr. Bapat's My Lovely Pet Shop & Clinic

Did not give proper diagnosis for the issues with our kitten and zero explanation. Then they made a bill with additional 400% amount than the actual bill by adding unnecessary products in the prescription, insulted us regarding our power to buy when we asked them to remove the said products which also are extremely harmful as mentioned in official product review websites and as confirmed by the new vet we visited later. Charged 100% extra than the actual price of the vaccinations and the staff behaved very rudely when confronted for the same.

It is a good store to buy pet foods and supplements in discount.

When I first visited the shop a few years ago, I was greeted with a smile. I loved the way I was treated. I didn't know much about pet food, my questions were answered, and I got the right food for my Pet. That lady was so charming, treated customers with smile and respect... But from last 3-4 visits I don't see her, and there couple of guys who don't even care to bring the product, or even look at the customer. I hope things get improved. If the service was as it was a year ago I'd have rated 5 Stars.

I called them to ask about neutralising my cat they gave assurances that they will take my cat to thane and deliver her to my home after operation. They called me to clinic and when I reached there they said you have to take appointment from Thane and gave me Thane hospital phone mumber.. like i couldn't get that number myself. It was the worst experience.

Good place and very cooperative staff.
