Dr Charmaine and her team were brilliant with my Guinea pig. He had an overgrown tooth which cause him a nasty mouth ulcer and to stop eating. I felt Dr Charmaine was extremely competant in dealing with his case, she put him under anesthesia to correct the issue and now he is gaining his weight back and happy. However I also took my cat to her recently and I felt that this was not her forte. Though she handled her well and with sympathy, I think her expertise and experience really is with exotic pets and not common pets like a cat. So I 100% recommended her for an exotic pet but for a cat there are other vets who have more expertise.

I can't thank Dr. Charmaine Pinto and Dr. Lyanne Vaz enough for everything they've done for my dogs. They looked after Brownie during the last year of his life, and I always knew he was in good hands. They were patient, honest, and genuinely cared about him, which made a difficult time a little easier. Tommy continues to be their patient, and he believes the clinic is his second home. He gets so excited to go there and loves all the attention he gets from the team, not to mention the treats they give him. Both doctors are knowledgeable and approachable and are incredibly patient. They take the time to explain things and always put the animals first. Thank you both for everything you've done for Brownie and for continuing to take such great care of Tommy. I wouldn't trust my dogs with anyone else.

I would highly recommend Dr. Charmaine's Pet Clinic to all pet owners. We were recommended by a friend and are very happy that we have taken our cats there for treatment. I still remember our first visit with our two Persian kittens for their vaccinations. We expected them to be frightened, but Dr. Charmaine and Dr. Lyanne patiently helped them feel comfortable by playing and interacting with them first. They spent nearly an hour with us, and before we knew it, the vaccines were done without a single meow. Subsequently we have been going to them for all our cat related problems and have recently got two cats neutered. My experience with Dr. Charmaine, Dr. Lyanne and their staff has been extremely good . The Doctors are very professional and compassionate in their approach and have a lot of patience with the pets and more so with the pet owners.

A Greedy, Commercial Business Masked as a Vet Clinic — Absolute Inhuman Treatment If you love your animals, avoid Dr. Charmaine Pinto’s clinic. They do not care about the health of your pet; they only care about how much money they can milk from you. Do not be fooled by their high Google rating—it is clear they give absolute priority only to people from their nearby vicinity or regular crowd, while treating new clients and walk-ins like street trash. I brought my 2.5-month-old puppy for an appointment. We were forced to wait outside for 45 minutes. Despite me repeatedly telling the staff that my baby pup was overheating and panting heavily outside , they ignored us completely. When a helper finally walked out after 45 mins , they didn't even look at the puppy, check its temperature, or ask a single question about its health. Instead, they went straight for a monetary trap, aggressively pushing vaccines by price—demanding ₹2,800 or ₹3,500 without a shred of medical explanation. Here is the scam: the vaccine they are quoting at ₹2,800 is readily available at genuine vets for ₹1,000. Beware of these exorbitant price traps. They are purely transactional, exploitative, and lack basic human empathy. I walked out and took my puppy to a separate, compassionate vet who actually loves animals. Worst place ever.

I’m extremely grateful to Dr. Charmaine Pinto and the entire team at Dr. Charmaine’s Pet Care Clinic for the care they provided to my parrot, Kiwi. Dr. Lyanne was primarily in charge of Kiwi’s treatment and was very patient, attentive, and gentle throughout the process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we felt reassured during a very stressful time. When Kiwi’s condition wasn’t improving and he needed to be admitted, Dr. Charmaine personally stepped in and guided the treatment plan. Her experience and confidence gave us a lot of comfort. Thanks to their dedication and proper care, Kiwi is now doing much better. I truly appreciate their professionalism, compassion, and genuine concern for animals. Highly recommend this clinic to any pet parent looking for trustworthy and caring veterinary support.
