I was absolutely desperate when I came to Dr. Sasha. My beloved cat Che had been suffering from severe gum inflammation for almost two years. He was in so much pain that he could barely eat, and even yawning was painful for him 💔 I had taken Che to six different veterinarians before meeting Dr. Sasha, and I can honestly say that I have never seen a vet interact with cats the way she does. She understood his diagnosis immediately, at first sight and explained everything so clearly. She was literally drawing my cat’s teeth and the bacteria attacking his gums on a piece of paper for me! That same day, my Che underwent a very difficult dental surgery to remove almost all of his teeth. It lasted more than four hours, and throughout the entire surgery the clinic staff were incredibly supportive not only towards my cat, but towards me as well. They came out several times to update me on what was happening and reassure me, which meant a lot because I was extremely worried. They also gave me an approximate cost before the surgery, and I was pleasantly surprised. At MaxPetz, I had previously been charged three times more just for removing one tooth and it did absolutely nothing to help my cat... I'm so incredibly happy that I found Dr. Sasha and this clinic. Now this is the only place I will take my cats because I know that they will be treated properly, and no one will try to overcharge me. My 12-year-old fur baby, Puma, was suffering from an open wound tumour. We had previously been to a government hospital, but she wasn’t treated well there. From the moment we arrived, Dr. Sasha and her team, Dr. Reshma, Dr. Reanna, and Khulesh provided exceptional veterinary care. They treated Puma with so much love and attention that she felt completely relaxed for the first time going to a pet clinic. Dr. Sasha’s diagnosis was spot on, and I was literally stress-free throughout the process. She explained every step of the treatment in detail from the initial care to post-surgery dressing, making everything smooth and easy to understand. On top of that, they replied to all my messages and questions very quickly, which gave me so much reassurance. I owe a big thanks to all four of them ♥️. One of the best vet clinic experience I ever had in Goa Dr Reanna is such a gem of a person, the way she handles the animals and also her conduct with the pet and their owner. I took my Persian cat who had skin issues since longer then I remember. With just two visits my cat is completely healed thanx to Dr Sasha and Dr Reanna. Definitely would recommend 10/10
