⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It was my cat’s first grooming experience, and I’m really happy I chose Fairy Tails Pet Grooming & Spa. From the moment we arrived, Prashant, Rahul, Gajendar and Shavan were so kind, patient and welcoming. They asked about everything beforehand and suggested what would be best for my cat, which made me feel really comfortable leaving him with them. They handled him with so much care, especially since it was his first grooming. The shaving and grooming were done really well, and he looked so clean and fresh afterwards. 🐾❤️ Thank you so much Prashant, Rahul, Gajendar and Shavan for taking such good care of him and making his first grooming experience such a good one! ❤️ Definitely coming back again! 🥰🐱

I recently took my two dogs to Fairy tails for grooming, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! The space was impeccably clean, which immediately put me at ease. My Dalmatian has anxiety and tends to get stressed in unfamiliar surroundings, but the setup here was perfect. I was able to stand right in front of the spa room, where my kiddo could see me and feel comforted, and I could keep an eye on both of my dogs throughout the grooming process. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure to address any concerns I had and ensuring that my dogs felt safe and comfortable. They did a thorough job with the grooming, leaving my babies looking and feeling fresh and clean. One of the highlights of the visit was the super friendly in-house doggo who greeted us with wagging tails and made the whole experience even more enjoyable for my furry companions. Overall, I highly recommend this pet spa to anyone looking for a clean, friendly, and professional grooming experience for their beloved pets. We'll definitely be coming back again!

I recently took my Shitzu for a full grooming. This was my 3rd visit. So far I was impressed with their work however I was shocked with what they did this time. After the grooming, we came back to take our dog and the groomer had made a cut to my dog’s ear. He didnt do a proper job at all. I dont think I would take my dog again over there.

One of the worst pet grooming experiences I've ever had. The groomer was extremely rough with my Shih Tzu throughout the session. As a result, my dog suffered a cut on her ear. What was even more disappointing was the response from their staff and doctor, who casually dismissed the injury and told me it was "nothing" instead of showing any concern or accountability. Since coming home after the grooming session, my dog has not been herself. She appears withdrawn, fearful, and visibly distressed. As a pet parent, it is heartbreaking to see such a drastic change in her behavior after what should have been a routine grooming appointment. The lack of professionalism, compassion, and concern for animal welfare was shocking. Rather than prioritizing the comfort and safety of pets, the entire experience felt rushed and focused on collecting payment. I trusted them with a member of my family, and they completely failed that trust. I would strongly advise other pet owners to be extremely cautious before bringing their pets here.

A good experience over all. Rahul did a v good job in grooming my senior lab, a grand old man 12 years old😊 was patient with me😀and ensured all instructions are followed to the T. Will be bringing him again for massage and wash.
