This was the first time ever my two fur babies were staying in a hostel and I was crying even before I dropped them. But Tania and her partner Rexon at Furry Couch completely changed what pet boarding means for me. From the moment we entered, it didn't feel like a hostel. It felt like home. No fear, just pure love, cozy place to rest and so much warmth. Tania understood my anxiety like her own and handled my babies with so much patience and motherly love. For first-timers like my babies, I was scared they'd be stressed or miss us too much - but the videos and updates Tania sent... oh my heart! They were playing, cuddling, sleeping peacefully, making new friends. They looked HAPPIER than at home! She remembered their tiny habits, their favourite sleeping spot, their eating mood swings - everything! What touched me the most is - she doesn't just take care of pets, she connects with their soul. You can see it in the way she talks to them, comforts them, loves them. I picked up two relaxed, happy, pampered babies - not two traumatised ones. That's the biggest gift you can give a pet parent. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm, homely stay for their pets. We absolutely loved the cage-free, open-home environment, which made our pets feel relaxed and as though they were staying with a family rather than being boarded. They loved socialising with the other pets, and the regular updates, videos, and prompt WhatsApp responses were very reassuring. Our babies already seem to be missing everyone! ❤️ Thank you for taking such wonderful care of them and making their stay feel like a little vacation!

This is a perfect Choice to keep your pets when your away from home . I have been keeping my cat and dog here for the last 2 years and have not faced any difficulties. Tania is a very helpful and a caring person , she takes care of my pets as her own pets. I highly recommend this place.Tania is very responsible and keeps on sending daily updates which keeps us free from worries. The environment of the place Is 10/10 ,It is very clean and hygienic. They do not keep pets locked up like how other boardings do infact My pet has made many new furry friends there .
