I was really worried about leaving my dog behind, but Glampetz exceeded all my expectations. The care, attention, and love they provide is amazing. My duggu , the shih tzu puppy felt comfortable from day one and came back happy and relaxed. It’s truly a luxury pet boarding with personalized care. Since my dog is a puppy I was extra cautious, but they handled everything so professionally, including his special food needs. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a safe and caring place for their pets. I had a wonderful experience at Glam Petz with my cat, Monu. The staff was extremely gentle, patient, and caring, making Monu feel comfortable throughout the grooming session. They paid attention to every detail, and his coat looked clean, soft, and well-groomed afterward. The salon was clean, professional, and clearly cares about the well-being of pets. It's not easy to find groomers who handle cats so calmly, but the team at Glam Petz did an excellent job. I highly recommend Glam Petz to anyone looking for quality pet grooming services. I visited Glampetz Pet Salon in September 2025 for grooming my female dog, Donna. Prior to this visit, her condition was stable, with only a minor fungal infection under her abdomen. However, after bringing her back from the salon, her condition worsened significantly. The fungal infection spread across her face and entire body, along with severe redness. Since then, despite consulting multiple veterinarians and following antifungal treatments, there has been no improvement. In fact, her condition has progressively deteriorated. There has been no hair regrowth, and her overall skin health has declined drastically. Another major concern is their policy of not allowing pet parents to stay during the grooming process. Customers are asked to leave, which raises serious transparency and trust issues, as we have no visibility into how our pets are being handled. Additionally, I was initially told the grooming would take around 2 to 2.5 hours. However, I received a call within just one hour stating that the grooming was completed, which is highly questionable. Based on my experience, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service. I strongly urge other pet owners to be cautious before choosing this salon. I am also attaching before-and-after pictures of my dog to clearly show the drastic decline in her condition after this visit. (The photo is recent and there is no significant hair growth even after 7 months)
