Heads Up For Tails Pet Store & Spa - Panjim Goa

Really loved my experience at HUFT Panjim. The store is spacious, clean, and has a great selection of food, treats, toys, accessories, and lifestyle products for both cats and dogs. I also love that you can bring your pets along while shopping. I took my dog for grooming and we absolutely loved the haircut! The grooming team was very caring, knowledgeable, and gentle. The retail team was also very helpful. You can genuinely see that the team loves pets and takes good care of them. Great store and great people — keep it up! 🐾❤️

We had a great experience at Heads Up For Tails, Panjim! They did an excellent job with Luna’s haircut, and we were really happy with the results. Raja was very sweet, friendly, and helpful right from the beginning. Luna is an anxious dog, so we really appreciated how they made sure she was comfortable and okay throughout the process. It’s always reassuring to know your pet is in caring hands. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would definitely recommend them!

If you are a pet parent in Goa, Heads Up For Tails is the absolute best place to go. I dropped by their beautifully designed store and was blown away by the massive collection of unique pet items. From specialized organic food brands to super cute outfits and toys, they truly have everything covered. The staff makes you feel right at home with their friendly, warm attitude and genuine love for animals. It’s clearly an upmarket experience, and the premium quality of the service and products makes it completely worth it. Five stars all the way!

Visited the store with my mom and our little Coco, and we absolutely loved the experience! 🐾💛 It was clean and spacious, had a variety of toys, essentials, food, treats, etc. The staff were so kind and patient, they helped us find exactly what Coco needed, even took the time to check his paw size and gently try on his new shoes. We really appreciated how they answered all our questions (even the ones not about products!) and made us feel so welcomed! Plus, Coco got complimentary treatoss and postcards 😋🥰 It was honestly such a wholesome visit. Highly recommend for all pet parents! 🐶✨

We recently visited this store and absolutely loved the experience! The place is neat, clean, and very well-organized. The staff is friendly and supportive, they patiently show multiple options and really help you choose. They have a really nice variety of clothes, and the material is actually very comfortable. We picked up a t-shirt and really liked the quality. Also, they have grooming and other stuff for pets, which is great. The pet treats were a highlight, our dog loved the ice cream! Overall, a wonderful spot for all pet lovers. Highly recommended!
