MaxPetZ Porvorim Veterinary Hospital

Visited with my cat late at night around 12 AM and had a good experience overall. The hospital is very clean and well organized. Staff handled my cat calmly and gently, and the doctor explained everything properly without rushing. They are open 24/7, though there is a ₹1500 late night consultation fee, which makes sense for emergency service

I have a lot of respect for veterinarians, who are diligent and thorough about their work, unfortunately Pet Max, as an organisation is only focused on payments and registration of the Animal. I lost a puppy, which is not Pet MAX’s fault, although they were completely irresponsible about being thorough with regards to diagnosing the issue. in this case, they only took a simple blood test and did not bother to go deeper into understanding what the issue is, even though the test for tic fever came up negative It was based on an assumption that she needs to be treated for tic fever. In my condition. There is a possibility that the puppy passed away because of leptospirosis, and this is something that can be spread to humans and other pets as well. Now because a PCR blood test was not done we have no way of finding out. Shame on you’ll pet max.

Pet Zone, Porvorim truly deserves all the praise and more. I took my two pups, Leo and Bruno, for a routine check-up and bath, and the experience exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly gentle with my dogs, making them feel comfortable and safe. A special mention to Dr. Shabagvi, who is absolutely wonderful. She is not only highly knowledgeable but also extremely patient and compassionate. She takes the time to thoroughly explain everything, answers all questions without rushing, and genuinely listens to your concerns as a pet parent. Speaking with her instantly puts you at ease, knowing your fur babies are in the best hands. The grooming service was equally impressive—Leo and Bruno came back looking and smelling amazing, happy, and stress-free. It’s clear that the entire team at Pet Zone truly loves animals and treats every pet like their own. If you’re looking for a place that combines professionalism, expertise, kindness, and genuine care for your pets, Pet Zone, Porvorim is the place to go. Highly recommended to all pet parents who want nothing but the best for their loved ones! 🐾❤️
