I have a lot of respect for veterinarians, who are diligent and thorough about their work, unfortunately Pet Max, as an organisation is only focused on payments and registration of the Animal. I lost a puppy, which is not Pet MAX’s fault, although they were completely irresponsible about being thorough with regards to diagnosing the issue. in this case, they only took a simple blood test and did not bother to go deeper into understanding what the issue is, even though the test for tic fever came up negative It was based on an assumption that she needs to be treated for tic fever. In my condition. There is a possibility that the puppy passed away because of leptospirosis, and this is something that can be spread to humans and other pets as well. Now because a PCR blood test was not done we have no way of finding out. Shame on you’ll pet max.

Disappointing and unprofessional experience — pet parents, please get a second opinion We recently consulted Dr. Anuska at Max Petz for our cats and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. One of the main concerns was her advice regarding deworming. She was very confident that cats above 7 years of age do not require regular deworming and that a spot-on treatment would be sufficient. We specifically told her that other veterinarians had advised us to continue deworming, but instead of explaining the medical reasoning or discussing the individual needs of our cats, she told us that other doctors recommend deworming mainly for their sales. This was particularly concerning to us because we have been responsible pet owners for many years and have regularly dewormed our cats. We subsequently sought a second opinion from another veterinarian, who confirmed that being above 7 years of age does not, by itself, mean that deworming is no longer required, and that the appropriate parasite-control schedule should be determined based on the individual cat's health, lifestyle and risk factors. As pet parents, we expect veterinary advice to be based on medical reasoning and the specific needs of the animal — not assumptions about what other veterinarians are doing for sales. If there are differing approaches, a professional explanation would have been much more reassuring. My cat somehow cut her tongue and I had to take her to the vet(from mandrem). We made an appointment in the evening, came for the treatment in the morning, it was fast and professional, and Dr Anushka Lobo is extremely nice, the cat got better on the same day. It's one of the best clinics in siolim.

I took my cat for the first time, and they took care of him so well. My cat was calm and the quality of work was great. “This is the best grooming facility I’ve been to. It is clean, excellent groomer and friendly atmosphere.” Thanks to Mr.Dev for brilliant service, will definitely recommend!
