Paws N Claws Pet Shop

I kept my indie cat here for 5 days and these 5 days were the most stressful days for me and my family because of Paws N Claws. The owner told us while keeping her that she will keep my cat at her house so she's not scared of dogs at the kennel. On the very first day itself she calls me saying she has lost my cat and can't find her anywhere. And instead of comforting me that they'll find her she was saying 'I don't know what to do I'm very scared'. I told her that my cat hides inside the house when she is scared but she kept saying the same thing. After 2 anxious hours they found her inside the house itself.. They advertise saying you can video call whenever but they don't video call after you request for 6-7 hours. After that incident they kept her at the kennel There are a lot of dogs there because of which my cat was under constant fear On top of this they kept her in a cage! This was not a part of our agreement at all. When asked for clarification they say that she runs away that's why. But if you're taking so much money isn't it there responsibility to make sure she doesn't run away instead of keeping her in a cage?! My cat got wounds on her face trying to get out of the cage that's how scared she was. They charged me 2700 for 6 days and I provided food too and still this was the service they gave Then what the hell are you taking money for if you're gonna keep her in a cage??! I asked the owner for a flea power for my pregnant cats, they pushed this product on me. When i got home and checked it was harmful for my cats, the box literally said it was for anything but CATS. When i got back to the shop, the owner commented " I'm not a doctor".

Very expensive. No discounts on MRP. They sell at MRP rate, while all other shops sell at 15% discount even fresh arrived products with 2022 mfg date. No products are In house manufactured, they are imported. Check the photo I attached, bought in April 2022 from other shop, with 15% discount, expires 2023. I had to buy from you only for emergency purpose. Else I would have ended buying 7kgs if you were competitive enough.

Roomana Mohammad Yusuf sheik is very rude and unprofessional and she did not take good care of my dog. very bad quality food was fed to my dog. I would request everyone to not board their dogs in this boarding house.(Honest review)
