Before I get into the wonderful grooming experience, I’d like to say that the owner, Aarti, and her staff (Badal) were absolutely amazing. They were friendly, courteous, and genuinely caring throughout. They did a superb job with our dog, Kulfi. The space was very clean, and the atmosphere was welcoming from the moment we arrived. Their rates were also very reasonable and absolutely 100% worth it. I also really appreciated that Aarti gave updates to my mum, who wasn’t there. On top of that, she had no issues with me to sitting in the grooming room and made it completely comfortable and hassle-free—so it felt transparent and reassuring throughout. Honestly, it felt as if I had my own grooming studio at home and someone came to take care of the work there. I was also very impressed that they have a CCTV monitor display in the reception showing the grooming area camera. It’s a reassuring touch that adds an extra layer of comfort and transparency. We’re so happy to have found a place that truly pampers our dog—where the people are kind, down to earth, and professional. PS: Kulfi says thank you for the lovely bandana.

I had an excellent experience with Pawsh. A special thank you to Mr. Badal for the outstanding grooming service and the genuine care he showed towards our Labrador, Fily. Fily is an elderly dog with weak hind legs and special grooming needs. Mr. Badal handled her with exceptional patience, kindness, and professionalism, ensuring she was comfortable throughout the process. The grooming was done beautifully, and the full-body trim will make it much easier to keep her clean and dry. It is rare to find groomers who combine skill with such compassion and humanity. Freda gave us that classic "are we really doing this?" look before hopping right in, and Kiki sat patiently on her leash, waiting her turn like an absolute pro. The best part? The owner herself was on hand the entire time, making sure every step went smoothly — no stress, no rush, just calm hands and happy pups. Really happy with our visit. Booking an appointment was quick and hassle-free, and the salon was clean and well-organised. Our cat was handled with such gentleness and care, you could tell the staff genuinely love animals. Parking was easy too. Would definitely recommend.
