Pet Haven Veterinary Clinic

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a veterinary clinic. We took our cat there hoping for proper treatment, but instead, her condition became even more serious after the visit. The doctor did not perform even the most basic checks — no proper examination, no weight check, no blood test, nothing. It felt like everything was done in a rushed and careless manner. Within minutes, they just gave a couple of injections without explaining anything or providing a proper diagnosis. If you are unsure how to treat an animal, then please don’t. Don’t experiment on innocent lives. For you, it might just be an animal, but for us, our pet is family. I strongly DO NOT recommend this clinic to anyone. Please think twice before taking your pet here. The lack of proper care, attention, and responsibility is extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

Very bad experience. Although the doctor spoke politely with us, the treatment given to our cat was completely unsatisfactory and careless. Our cat was not properly examined. There was no detailed check-up, no weight measurement, and no proper diagnosis. The doctor simply looked briefly and said it was “fever and a little viral infection” without doing any blood tests or reports. Without explaining anything, he gave an injection and assured us that the cat would be fine by evening and would start eating. However, the exact opposite happened. By evening, instead of improving, our cat condition became worse. She started vomiting and became weaker. This was a very upsetting and irresponsible experience for us. For you, it might just be an animal, but for us, our cat is family. If you are not sure about a case or cannot properly diagnose it, please be honest and refer it to another hospital instead of giving false assurance. Please do not give treatments or injections without proper check-up and tests, and do not mislead people by saying “it will be fine” without being sure. Such negligence can put a life at serious risk.

Third class service. Nobody responds to the calls or messages. My dog had to go through so much of pain

I’ve taken my cat here twice so far and they’ve both been pleasant experiences so far. Dr Chhaya is very friendly and seemed pretty confident in her way around the pets. She explained most things with great clarity. The clinic was clean and hygienic, and there’s plenty of room even for bigger pets.

Dr. Pritish is one of the most responsive and economical vets for home visits in Goa. Having called him just hours back for a home visit regarding my sick cat, he was there within hours. He quickly identified the issue and professionally gave him deworming medication.
