PET NATION (The Pet Shop)Siolim

Do you have Tortoise food? I got one at the backyard of a property I work at Morjim. Is it legal to pet one? Its a baby one, maximum 1½ inch in size.

Extremely responsive. They have all the stock. Good place to buy all your pet related stuff. I called up in the morning to check if the shop is open coz my dog was hungry and his food got over, he immediately called back to tell me about the availability of the product that I needed. I really appreciated his quick response and kindness. Thank you so much Sir.

I live in Mumbai and a few weeks ago, my elderly mother was alone in Goa with our beloved cat who was suffering from chronic renal failure. In a moment when we felt completely helpless, Siddhesh - the owner of the pet shop proved to be nothing short of an angel. Without hesitation, he personally went out of his way to visit our home and deliver the special renal food that my cat urgently needed. But what touched me deeply was that his kindness didn’t end there. Over the next few days, he kept calling to check on my cat, showing genuine care and compassion that goes far beyond what anyone could expect from a shop owner. When the worst finally happened and my pet passed away, I called him in complete desperation. Here was a man I had never even met in person, yet he understood my helplessness immediately. Siddhesh reached out to my mother and helped dig a small grave so that our pet could be laid to rest with dignity and love. This is not just customer service, this is humanity at its purest. Siddhesh is truly a God-sent angel for pets and pet parents. People like him restore your faith in kindness. Thank you, Siddhesh, from the bottom of our hearts.

Nice shop with lots of variety of products to choose from. Better prices compared to lots of competitors including Amazon. Siddhesh is excellent with his customer service and has a lot of knowledge of the pet domain. I'm happy giving my business to Pet Nation and hope this level of service remains consistent.
