Pet Paradise Veterinary Clinic

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire team at the pet clinic, especially Dr. Shubham, Dr. Devendra, and Swati, for the exceptional care they provided to my beloved cat. Dr. Shubham was patient, compassionate, and thorough in explaining my cat's condition and treatment. His knowledge, professionalism, and calm approach gave me confidence during difficult time. A special thank you to Dr. Devendra and his wife, Swati, for their constant coordination and support. Their kindness and genuine concern meant a great deal to us. I recommend this clinic to anyone looking for compassionate, knowledgeable, and trustworthy veterinary care.

Amazing Experience for My German Shepherd Puppy! I recently brought my 5-week-old German Shepherd to Pet Paradise, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Expert Guidance: They helped me transition to Virbac HPM kibble, which has been incredible for his growth. He has gained 2 kg in just one week and is now a healthy, energetic 5 kg puppy. Health Results: Thanks to their advice on diet and care, his coat is thick and shiny, and his right ear is already standing up perfectly! Supportive Staff: They really understand large breed needs, especially regarding digestion and bone health.

In a complete panic while trying to help a stray cat suffering from tick fever, I accidentally called the wrong veterinary clinic just a one-letter difference in the name. Little did I know that this “wrong call” would restore my faith in humanity. Unfortunately I could not visits that place as it was poles apart. Dr. Dev patiently listened to my entire situation, including my financial constraints as I was already treating another stray cat. Despite it not even being his clinic that I intended to contact, he was incredibly kind, gentle, and reassuring. He immediately assured me that the stray would be taken care of and mentioned that, if needed, he would only charge minimally for medicines and consultation. What truly touched me was that he even called back later to make sure I had received help and that the cat was attended to. In a world where compassion can sometimes feel rare, Dr. Dev went above and beyond for a helpless stray and a stranger on the phone. Truly a gem of a human being and doctor. Thank you, Dr. Dev, for your kindness and humanity.

Firstly, they do not have doctors available all time as mentioned, my dog was checked by a so called nurse (which was not disclosed at first), obviously he was not able to diagnose the problem so he called some doctor, who asked to run CBC without any proper probing or explanation, which I denied. But still I was charged consultation fees which the receptionist defended saying they called the doctor. This is the second time that I have seen this in the same clinic, last time my dog was vaccinated wrongly by some so called nurse or helper. If you are visiting this clinic please check who will be treating your pet. Highly disappointing experience.

One of the best Vet clinics in the area. Dr. Aakansha and Dr. Shubham took care of our pet so well. The support staff is amazing. They are really careful and gentle with your pet.
