I kept my 5 months old male cat, Casper at Rumi's pet boarding and walking center. I had a wonderful experience with this cat boarding service. It was year ending period and we inquired at eleventh hour and she still accepted to board him. She took exceptional care of my cat and treated him like a true family member, not just a pet. She regularly sent me videos and updates, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. It was heartwarming to see how comfortable and happy he was with her, and it was clear that she genuinely started liking him. Her affection, patience, and attentiveness really stood out. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for loving and trustworthy care for their cat.

We are truly grateful to Sana Ji for taking such wonderful care of our dog, Kaafi. She treated Kaafi with so much love, care, and affection, just like a member of her own family. To be honest, we had never left Kaafi at a boarding facility before. Since she was a puppy, we always took her with us wherever we traveled. However, now that she is older, our veterinarian advised us to avoid long-distance travel for her. That is when we started looking for a safe and loving boarding place, and we are so happy we found Sana Ji. From the very first day, Sana Ji made Kaafi feel comfortable and secure. Within just two days, Kaafi had settled in completely and looked relaxed, happy, and stress-free. Seeing our pet so comfortable gave us complete peace of mind. Dear Reader, I would like take a moment of your time here so I can express my sincere gratitude to Sana and Mufid from Rum’s Pet Boarding and Grooming Services. I thank them from the bottom of my heart for taking care of my Pet Dog - My Son Bingo during his 8 days of boarding while I was Out of town. Bingo was very well taken care of care off. He was out for walks 3 times a day. Food was well fed. Every day Walk and Feeding videos were shared p. BINGO was never sheen dejected when I made video calls to see him. He looked happy. Cherry on the cake was I went to pick him back. RUMIS PET BOARDING & GROOMING services actually handed over Bingo very clean and hygienic. They took extra effort to Bath him, Groom him. NOTE - RUMIS PET BOARDING DO GUVE YOIU YOUR PET A NICE BATH BEFORE HANDING OVER ONLY AND ONLY IF THE PET WAS BOARDED Big shout to Rumi’s I appreciate all the services provided and I was very satisfied

Best Stay cation for your Pet, in my case my Jerry. I kept him in Rumi's pet boarding for almost 3 weeks at a go and to my surprise Jerry was active, more obedient and still had his appetite. No case of abstaining from eating food or not drinking water Or not interacting/being nervous etc. He was very much active and over all in a very good health physically and Mentally! I would recommend this without any 2nd thoughts to fellow pet owners and even appreciate if you do the networking and let know people know about this Place as this is literally a Safe Haven for your Furry kid! Was looking for a decent boarding for our pet for 2 weeks and fortunately came across Rumi's. It was our beloved beagle Joey's first time at the boarding and he had a great time. His meals and walks were all looked after and Joey seemed very happy and energetic. He made new friends and socialized well. All updates on his meals and daily walks were provided timely, as promised. Good hygiene. Highly recommend!!! Rest assured, your pets will be in the best hands ❣️✨️
