Scoopy Scrub Goa - The Pet Grooming Salon

Glad to have found Scoopy Scrub. I took my GSD for a bath and basic groom and was so happy with the result. They handled her with so much love and sweet talking, and put her at ease when she was naturally fidgety during her first groom experience. They did such a thorough job! Although we bathe her twice a month at home, she's never looked so clean before!

Good place to take your dog for grooming... Nice staff... Pricing could be better ( hence one ⭐ less).

Extremely unprofessional staff and maybe even the owner. As the person we spoke to claims she is the owner. After multiple attempts we got a slot to go to their salon. The appointment was at 4.00 pm and we reached on time, there was another doggo who was being groomed and so we waited patiently. 30 mins into the appointment, I asked if it will take more time as I had somewhere to go after the grooming was done. Without understanding the concern, she kept saying you can leave him and go. The problem wasn’t in leaving Chewie, the challenge was that we had to go to south Goa after grooming. She refused to understand and after my partner and I both tried explain multiple times, she just refused to do the service. Highly disappointed, wouldn’t recommend to anyone who cares about their time and basic manners or courtesy.

Extremely unprofessional, flaky groomers. 1. They rescheduled multiple times at the last minute saying their groomer is ill or giving some other excuse. 2. When we finally reached the place(on tjme), they made us wait for 45 min before telling us they’ll be further delayed. 45 min delay for a 1 hr slot. 3. When we mentioned that we have other plans after our slot and we would like to finish the grooming, the person claiming to be “manager and owner” started being rude. She did not sound like she cared about customers or the pets. We had to finally leave to keep our next appointment. Not reliable at all. Please avoid this place. PS: Having waited for 45 min, watching them at work, I’m not surprised that there were other complaints about broken nails. They were being extremely callous with trimmers and other instruments.

I wish I could give more star ratings but Google reviews has just 5. They’re more than just 5 stars ya’ll. My dog, who’s an eight year old Lhasa apso has always been scared and aggressive when it came to grooming him. I’ve visited other grooming centres but their work was not really upto the mark, I never blamed them as I’d always think it’s my dogs behaviour going out of limits. But when I visited Scoopy Scrubs last 3 months back, I was shocked and so happy with them handling my dog without any fear or stress which gave me so much relief. They made sure to groom him nicely and were very professional at it. Hence, yesterday I decided to take him once again to the same grooming centre and yet again they were very kind and patient with him. It took a long process and Sukhen Das patiently groomed him even though it was past his time to go home. I really appreciate the team and their work. Kudos 👏 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED IN GOA.
