Shepherd’s Pet Care & Spa

Visited Shepard’s Pet Care & Spa and had a great experience. The facility is clean, hygienic, and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment for pets. The staff are friendly, patient, and genuinely care about the animals they handle. The grooming service is professional, with attention to detail and proper pet handling throughout the session. It’s clear they prioritize both safety and comfort rather than rushing the process. The overall atmosphere is calm, making it a good choice even for pets that get anxious during grooming. If you’re looking for reliable pet grooming and care with good service and a welcoming environment, Shepard’s Pet Care & Spa is definitely worth considering.

I will always recommend this pet clinic as Dr. Rachelle is very kind caring before 4 years u have treated my cat for jaundice & he had recovered. This time it was our bad luck we came to know about u at last moment but still thanks for your efforts put on my cat to survive him if I would reached to u before 1 week u have saved him for sure. Also Thanks to Team all are animal lovers always try pet to be comfortable at your clinic.

I'm so happy I found Dr. Rachel! I've known her for a long time, and she's one of the most genuine, kind, and compassionate vets I've ever met. She always goes the extra mile to make sure every pet gets the best care, and that's what makes her so special. The clinic is spotless, hygienic, and maintained to such a high standard. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making every visit a pleasant experience. They even offer tea or coffee while you wait sometimes, which is such a thoughtful touch. I also love that Shepherd's is a one-stop place for pet owners, they have a vet clinic, grooming, boarding, and a pet store all in one location, which makes everything so convenient. Based on my own experience, I've only ever received excellent care and kindness from the entire team. I highly recommend Shepherd's Pet Care & Spa to anyone looking for a place that truly cares about their pets.
