My dog was in a very critical condition - dehydrated and shivering badly. I rushed to clinic . The doctors were extremely cooperative and calm, explained everything clearly and started treatment immediately. After treatment my dog is completely fine now and back to his playful self. They truly treated and healed my dog with so much care. Highly recommend for any pet parent. Thank you so much to the entire team!

My Favourite Vet in South Goa. The staff here is really Friendly and Kind and they really care for your pet. I would recommend this clinic to other pet owners. When my dog was sick they took really good care of him and helped him recover. They also have an option to keep your pet overnight in case of serious cases or if you are a very busy person who has a 9-5 job and other chores, you can easily keep your pet here for a certain charge and the vets will take good care of it. The vets will keep you updated and you can visit at a certain time to check on your pet. Thank you guys for always being soo kind. 😊

I took my 5 months old kitten here, on 18th March because my kitten wasn’t eating and had been 24 hours of non vomiting. Now since I got panicked I walked down at the clinic, I was told to do CBC test, which was done. We realised WBC was very low 3.2. I was told we need to do 1 more test (Feline panleukopenia virus) I told the doctors, my cat is always an indoor cat hasn’t been going out that’s impossible. He still argued saying we need to get it done for further understanding. I managed to let them know I need to take a second option, his face was blown as if he’s upset with my decision and kept saying Atleast let me give him an injection so he could stop puking. I still denied I said I don’t want to continue here. I paid the bill (RS 1,250) 700rs for only blood test, and rest gst tax and consumables. Like seriously they wanted to rip me off. When they asked me a simple question how did I reach their location (Car/Bike) when I said car is when they realised how to rip me off I guess. I went to the govt. Hospital 5 days of drips and my kitten is absolutely doing great. He has started eating 3 days back. And his reports today show absolutely normal. If you want your pets to live, I suggest don’t waste your time, and go the govt hospital.

Dr. Neha Alphonso is gentle and extremely compassionate. She is absolutely adorable with cats and kittens. We really liked the way she handled the pets. Very professional too.

Our 12.5 year old lab Chester had a tick fever infection which we thought were his joint issues. They were very quick in diagnosis and treatment. The doctor and caretakers are very experienced and caring, they took excellent care of Chester and he got well in 3 days. I reduced a star as the only issue was there is a lack of professionalism and communication. They won't provide updates, they missed to feed Chester and didn't pick up our calls we had to come to the clinic to remind them to feed him. They also would not respect your time and would speak to you very rudely even after being an hour late and keeping us waiting. There are also multiple ticks that we kept finding on him in the clinic and they said it happens because they only clean the clinic twice a day. This leaves a bad taste on an otherwise a really good service. I would definitely recommend them for treatment just don't expect them to be on time and bring professional.
