My experience with this pet clinic has been extremely upsetting and disappointing. The biggest issue was the lack of clear communication regarding our pet’s diagnosis. I was never given a proper explanation of what exactly was wrong, leaving me confused during an already stressful time. I was repeatedly asked to come in for checkups, but all I felt that very little was being done to explain the situation or move towards a clear treatment plan. I personally asked for a surgery date, but it was never clearly confirmed, and the dates kept getting postponed. This literally made me feel as though I was being asked to spend more money on repeated visits without receiving the clarity and action i needed. While the senior doctor was good, my experience with Dr Rashmi was very disappointing. I expected better communication, transparency, and a clear plan for my pet’s treatment. Instead, I was left with uncertainty about my pets situation. Miss Dakshata was the only staff member who genuinely seemed helpful and attentive. Unfortunately, the same level of professionalism and support was not showed by the rest of the team. I hope the clinic improves its communication and transparency so that other pet parents do not have to go through a similar experience.

I had a very scary experience today around 3:45 PM when my Doberman accidentally swallowed a mango seed while I was eating sasaw. I was extremely worried and tried contacting several vets, but since it was Sunday, most were either unavailable or very busy. As a last attempt, I called Margao Tailwaggerz. Even though they were closed in the afternoon, they listened to my situation and immediately asked me to bring my dog in. Dr. Neha Afonso was truly the hero of the day. She first took an X-ray to locate the seed, and since it had only been about an hour, she suggested inducing vomiting. Thankfully, within 20–30 minutes, my Doberman was able to expel the seed. After that, she provided the necessary treatment, including IV fluids and medication, ensuring my dog was stable before we returned home. The entire staff was extremely cooperative, caring, and supportive throughout the process. I am incredibly grateful for their quick response and professionalism. Highly recommend Tailwaggerz for their dedication and excellent care!

Taking Billu ( my cat) to Tailwaggerz Caranzalem, was the best decision I made. She was unwell and had to admit her for a week , that was very stressful situation for me but thanks to Dr Raj, Dakshata and The Tailwaggers team, the treatment was initiated without a delay and everything was taken care of professionally. A special thanks to Dakshata -the receptionist , for guiding me through the process, giving me timely updates about Billus health , answering all my questions, and making sure everything was handled smoothly. She truly deserves appreciation for managing the clinic so effortlessly. The place wouldn’t feel the same without her. To my surprise within 2 week Billus all reports were normal, The clinic is so well-equipped with modern diagnostic machines that the reports were ready within minutes, making the entire process incredibly quick. The Tailwaggers team is attentive, professional, and genuinely serious about the work they do. The clinic itself is clean, well-organized, and clearly committed to providing quality care for animals. Highly recommend the clinic without a second thought 👍.

Tailwaggerz Caranzalem pet clinic - a home away from home to my 8 year old female pug. Been visiting here since May 2023 and have only grown in appreciation and gratitude for services provided by Dr. Rashmi Rao, Dr. Vivek and the staff. Puggie has many health issues but i know she’s in good hands, a super equipped clinic, sound advice and loads of support from the vet drs. here. Just last week my Puggie had a severe UTI and Dr. Vivek was on calls with me throughout the day even though it was a Sunday. Dr. Rashmi is always there to support and reassure me about Puggie’s health. As she often tells me “don’t worry, I am just a call away”. Can’t be grateful enough to Tailwaggerz for my Pet’s health. Efficient and knowledgeable, kind and gentle, both Dr. Rashmi and Dr. Vivek and the staff love my Pug so much that they give her the best of everything. I recently visited Tailwaggerz with my 7yr old female cat ,as she wasn't feeling well, nor ate food for 2 days, so took her at this clinic and the first thing the receptionist Dakshata Naik ,Thank you so much for the patience you showed me up, I know my cat was stressful, and you made us feel so welcome and calm. The blood reports was appeared quickly. You are truly the heartbeat of this clinic. You managed to fit us in this time during an emergency and handled it with incredible professionalism. And yes, doctor Arsh, is very friendly, handled her so gently with care and explained the things with great clarity. And he prescribed medications which worked very well. And rest of the team were excellent and compassionate through the time. Overall the clinic was clean and spacious. Would highly recommend people to take their pets here.
