The Vet Yard

Recently visited Vet Yard with our kitten as he was unable to pass stool, and we were genuinely worried since he’s still a baby kitten. The clinic is very systematic and well managed. It was quite crowded, but honestly that’s something you can expect at a good and trusted place. Dr. Anoushka was really great and immediately made us feel calm and reassured. She clearly knows what she’s talking about and seemed very experienced. She assured us everything was going to be okay, prescribed the required treatment, and by the very next day our kitten was back to being active, happy, and completely alright. Definitely a trustworthy place for pet care, and we’re really thankful for the help and guidance.

The Vet Yard is my go-to veterinary clinic, having all services available under one roof makes everything so convenient. The doctors are knowledgeable, compassionate and amazing with my pets. They consistently go above and beyond. On multiple occasions, they’ve stayed open past closing hours to ensure my dog received proper treatment, and even opened on a Sunday for surgery and medication when it was urgently needed. Their commitment and care give me complete peace of mind. I highly recommend The Vet Yard—10/10 experience every time!

Worst place to take your pet for any kind of treatment....it feels like they are doing a favor looking at your pet. ​I strongly advise against bringing your pets here. We brought our kitten in for a small skin patch and practically begged the vet to run a ringworm test. She dismissed us after a 2-minute exam, misdiagnosed it as a bacterial infection, and prescribed antibiotics. ​Despite zero improvement and our repeated requests for testing on the second visit, she doubled down on the wrong treatment. By the time we demanded a senior doctor—who immediately diagnosed ringworm by sight—it was too late. The infection had spread across his entire body. ​Due to this clinic's incompetence, we had to shave our kitten, and he is now forced to take heavy antifungal medications for 4-6 weeks—drugs that pose a serious risk to his liver. A simple, basic test on the first visit could have prevented a month of severe suffering. Extremely irresponsible practice. I added a photo for you to see what has happened and trust me this is all over his body. been facing this for a month now. Only if the doctor would have given more time and care maybe this wouldn't have reached to the condition it has come to. So please reconsider if you are gonna take your pet for any kind of treatment/check up from them.

He was looked after with so much love and dedication by Dr.Anoushka, Dr.Adrian and all the staff of this wonderful clinic. Thankyou for giving him so much care and attention.
