I am writing this review after the heartbreaking loss of my 6-month-old kitten while being treated at Vet Clinic Green Hills for feline panleukopenia. From the very first visit, the veterinarian diagnosed panleukopenia without doing a CBC. When I specifically asked whether a CBC was needed, I was told there was no need and that the condition could be identified by looking at the kitten. I trusted the veterinarian because I believed he was experienced. For the first two days, my kitten received injections. On the third day, he developed bloody diarrhoea. I immediately informed the veterinarian. I was told this was normal, that he would be fine within two days, and I was assured that my kitten would not die. I again requested a blood test. I was told there was no point because it would only show that the WBC and platelets had decreased something the veterinarian already knew. The diarrhoea continued every night from the third day onwards. I was also told that this was a sign that the virus was leaving through the faeces. This explanation concerns me because worsening bloody diarrhoea should not simply be treated as evidence of recovery. Managing a panleukopenia case for six days without a Complete Blood Count (CBC) means the veterinary team was operating without vital data. By the sixth day, my kitten was extremely lethargic and could barely walk two steps before sitting down. I took him for a second veterinary opinion, where a CBC was finally performed. I had very bad experience with doctor. Somebody had hited my cat so there wer a fractured in his mouth and dislocation we did Xray and send to this Dr. Chawla first he said nothing more happen to him he will b okay by tomorrow just because his having swelling in his mouth his not able to eat next day he will and told us to bring him tomorrow. Next day also he was In same condition we took him there again. So that Dr started doing his experiment after giving him sedative but my cat was not in that deep sleep. Dr Chawla had took pencil and pen n puted in his mouth and started fixing his mouth to close but his all teeth felled and his upper mouth tissue got damaged. After doing so this Dr Chawla didn't even cleaned my cat mouth and didn't gave any antibiotic too . Next day he again told to bring him . We took him again on Saturday and gave him one injection and told to bring him on Sunday morning . We took him on Sunday he did his same procedure in very painful way . So my cat got stiched below lips also but that doctor didn't washed his mouth properly or didn't recommend any antibiotics which can give through injection so in evening we saw in my cat mouth necrosis got started & also magots. he told us now you can take him he will be all good within 4 days so yesterday my cat health got very poor so we contaced this chawla reg same and his texting like " i shall again bring him " and gave one antibiotics but he was in bad condition then all this doctor is saying he will

Great after care and assistance over the phone. Methods are slightly different from usual vet visits. But very good diagnosis and treatment wise and experienced doctor.
