Our Heartbreaking Experience with Viegas Pet Clinic 💔 We took our beloved dog to Viegas Pet Clinic on Saturday due to an infection. Dr. Aneesh told us it was a tumour and recommended surgery. Before agreeing, I specifically asked whether there would be any life-threatening risks. He reassured us that there would be no such risk and that our dog would be pain-free after the operation. Trusting him, we agreed. Saturday evening: The surgery began around 4 PM, and our dog was discharged at around 9 PM. We were told he had passed approximately 100 ml of urine. Sunday morning: Our dog was unable to urinate, eat, or drink and was clearly in pain. We rushed him back to the clinic and repeatedly requested the doctor to examine him. However, he was busy with other patients and told us it was too soon after surgery and to bring our dog back on Monday. We were asked to take him home despite our concerns. Sunday night: Tragically, our beloved dog passed away at around 10 PM. Monday morning: After trying to contact the doctor since the previous night, I finally spoke to him and informed him of our loss. He told me he had been too busy with other clients and had forgotten to inform us about the possibility of death after surgery. We spent approximately ₹20,000 trusting the clinic with a member of our family. We understand that surgical complications can happen, but we believe clear communication about risks, proper monitoring, and taking a pet owner’s concerns seriously are essential

My neighbours dog had serious illness which we couldn't have any clarifications so we visited govt vet hospital in ponda,but after looking at it's condition the doctor referred us this clinic we travelled all the way to this clinic, the clinic is well equipped all the necessary treatment medications and equipment for any emergency situation.the main doctor is very knowledgeable I must say. With one look he understood the dogs situation and got all the necessary treatment in a giffy. I am very thankful to the doctor for quick and prompt treatment.people residing near and around margoa this clinic would be my peak suggestion for your pet health and care....👍all thumps up..!!

My baby was saved twice in this wonderful clinic! Once by Dr Viegas, another time by amazing Dr. Braganza! The incredible dedication of these people is admirable! Thank you so much 🙏🙏🙏

⭐ 1 Star — Very Bad Experience Very disappointing experience. Even 1 star feels too much. The behaviour of the doctor and the staff was extremely poor and unprofessional. I honestly felt that no one was genuinely concerned about my pet’s condition. Instead of properly examining and caring for the pet, it felt like the main focus was on increasing the bill. The doctor didn’t even touched my pet. I would strongly advise other pet owners to think carefully before choosing this place. Very poor service, poor behaviour, and a very disappointing overall experience.

My dog was in very bad condition,he got cancer,but it was not confirm if it is a tumor or infection,so we took our dog here they did all the required test and they had to do surgery because he had some tumor mass and it was spreading,doc performed some 3.5hours surgery and removed the mass,the whole process and surgery cost was very affordable compared to the previous vets we visited.our pet dog is feeling good now thanks to doctor.my dog died today after 24 hours of surgery,I think we should have not opted for surgery 💔,he took his last breath in my hands🥺
