My Pregnant Cat had an emergency, after calling several other clinics with no response, we finally rang Woofs and Mews. Dr. Nikita asked us to address the problem over the phone call, and after looking at the pictures she immediately stated that my cat had a miscarriage. She had surgery at her clinic just 2 hours later. My Cats due date had passed and we had no hopes of seeing any of the kittens alive, but one kitten was saved because of her prompt decision. We were really grateful and extremely happy with her service. She explained the complications and patiently instructed us on how to take care of our babies post-surgery. I have never come across any doctor who would ask us for an update over a text message every day without fail. She perfectly handles emergencies, and genuinely cares for pets as if they were her own. Took a stray dog in for neutering last Sunday to Woofs & Mews. Dr. Nikita was very meticulous and the whole process was completely hassle free. She was kind enough to check in with us all through the week after surgery and always responded promptly. Lencie had her 7 days post operative check up today and has healed well.
