A truly wonderful place for animals. WVS is a clean, well-organized and professionally managed animal shelter and veterinary clinic. The entire facility is maintained very well, and it is evident that a lot of care and attention goes into the well-being of the animals. The staff are extremely helpful, caring and compassionate. They are patient, approachable and genuinely concerned about the animals in their care. The veterinary team is also professional and takes the time to explain things clearly. It is reassuring to see an organisation where animal welfare is clearly given such importance. A big thank you to the entire WVS team for the wonderful work you do for animals. Highly appreciated and definitely worth supporting. ❤️🐾
Been there to take certificate for my pet to travel. As a tourist the environment is good the work they do is good. The doctors are good. They charged me 1000 for fit certification even I understand that but the staff of repeatedly typed incorrect information and the Vet had to run multiple times could be a little more careful to save our time and the previous time for the vet .
So satisfied with service , I’m happy with the outcome. I would also like to clarify that my previous review was not intended to blame or target any particular doctor. I also want to correct one thing from my previous review: the operation was actually done that day, and I was unaware of it at the time. That was my mistake, and I sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding. I’m hoping for the same care and even better service going forward.❤️🐾
They are the best I have seen in pet care till date. Premises are clean and well maintained, staff is helpful and professional. And they have all the services a pet would need. You can see the warmth when their staff interacts with pets, very kind and considerate. I sincerely wish they would open a wing in the south
This is a vet clinic that doubles as an animal rescue shelter. The staff are very caring and gentle. Personal story: I found a snake-bitten stray cat about a month ago, they took him in, treated him (took a lot of anti-venom), cared for him for an entire month and now he's all better. I'd genuinely recommend this clinic first to anyone within driving distance.
