How to register a pet

Takes about two minutes. Your pet gets a Pet ID, a MediCard and a printable QR tag — free.

1. 1On the home page, tap Get started and sign in with Google, email, or your Pet ID and 6-digit PIN.
2. 2Pick the species you're caring for — the next step opens on its own.
3. 3Fill in the basics: name, breed, date of birth, gender, weight and colour. A photo is optional; the breed picture is used until you add one.
4. 4Add your owner name and phone number. These are required — they're what a finder sees after scanning the QR tag.
5. 5Tap Continue. Your MediCard and Pet ID are created instantly and you land on your dashboard.
6. 6Open the MediCard and download the QR tag to print for the collar.
7. 7To add records (vaccines, deworming, medications, reports) or activate Lost Mode, activate MediCard+ for that pet.

Every additional pet is ₹399 for the year, even if another pet already has MediCard+.

How to onboard a pet parent as a partner

Only verified partners can create a MediCard on behalf of a pet owner. You earn a commission when they go MediCard+.

1. 1Get your business listed and approved first (see 'How to list your pet business' below).
2. 2Open Profile → Partner portal and choose the listing you're onboarding from, if you have more than one.
3. 3Tap Onboard a pet owner and enter the pet's details along with the owner's name and phone number.
4. 4Set a 6-digit PIN with the owner. They can later sign in with just their Pet ID and that PIN.
5. 5The MediCard is created free. If the owner wants MediCard+, continue to payment — the same checkout owners use.
6. 6Once payment is verified, your commission is recorded in the partner portal under that listing.
7. 7Add your UPI ID or bank details under Payouts. Payouts are processed in the last week of each month once you cross ₹1,000.

How to list your pet business

Groomers, boarding, vets and pet supply shops can be listed free. Our team approves listings before they go live.

1. 1Open Partners from the bottom bar and tap the + button.
2. 2Enter your business name and pick a category: groomer, boarding, vet or pet shop.
3. 3Add your phone number, WhatsApp and email so pet parents can reach you.
4. 4Paste your Google Maps link so customers get one-tap directions, then add area, city and PIN code.
5. 5List your services and prices — these show on your listing card.
6. 6Tap Submit for approval. Your listing shows as Pending until our team reviews it.
7. 7Once approved, you appear in searches by name, area, PIN code and distance — and partner onboarding unlocks.

How to activate Lost Pet Mode

One tap turns your pet's QR profile into a rescue page with your message and phone number.

1. 1Open your pet's MediCard and tap Lost Pet Mode.
2. 2Write a short message for whoever finds your pet — mention a reward or the last-seen area.
3. 3Tap Activate Lost Mode. A red LOST banner appears on the public QR profile straight away.
4. 4Share the public profile link on local groups; anyone who scans the collar tag can call you without signing in.
5. 5Reunited? Tap Deactivate lost mode and the profile returns to normal instantly.

Lost Pet Mode is a MediCard+ feature. Your address is never shown — only the details you choose to make public.
