You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account.

• Only upload data about pets you own or are authorized to manage.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or offensive content.
• Do not attempt to break, reverse-engineer or overload the service.

The first MediCard for a pet is free. Additional pets on the same account are available at ₹399 per pet, per year. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Renewals are on the same annual cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Physical collar tags, when offered, are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

MediCard Pets is a personal organization tool, not a veterinary device. AI-extracted information may contain errors. Always confirm critical health information with a qualified veterinarian. We are not liable for medical decisions made based on the app.

All software, design, trademarks and content of MediCard Pets are owned by MAJ Medias. You retain full ownership of the pet data you upload; you grant us a limited licence to host and display it within the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAJ Medias' aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
