Shipping & Delivery Policy

MediCard Pets is primarily a digital service. Some plans include an optional physical QR collar tag; the terms below cover both.
1. Digital services
MediCard profiles, QR codes, digital ID cards and printable PDFs are delivered instantly inside the app once payment is confirmed by Razorpay. If you don't see the entitlement within 15 minutes of a successful payment, email support@medicard.co.in with your Razorpay payment ID.
2. Physical QR collar tags (when offered)
- Processing — orders are printed and packed within 3–5 business days.
- Delivery within India — typically 5–8 business days after dispatch via our courier partners.
- International delivery — 10–20 business days after dispatch, subject to customs clearance. Any import duties are payable by the recipient.
- Shipping charges — displayed at checkout; free shipping for orders above the threshold specified on the product page.
3. Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your tag is dispatched.
4. Delivery address
Please ensure the delivery address and phone number entered at checkout are correct. Re-shipping charges may apply for parcels returned to us due to incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts.
5. Damaged or incorrect items
If your tag arrives damaged or is incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a free replacement. Refunds for physical items are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
